Natalie Dupree Guest Speaker Event

Join us for an exciting and insightful guest speaker event featuring Natalie Dupree, R&D Formulation Manager at Concept Laboratories and an accomplished cosmetic chemist with hands-on experience bringing formulas from the bench to full-scale production.
Originally from San Clemente, CA, Natalie earned her BS in Chemistry from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2021 and began her career at SOS Beauty in Los Angeles, where she quickly grew as a formulation scientist. After two years, she joined Concept Laboratories, first as Lead R&D Formulation Scientist and later advancing into her current managerial role.
In her talk, “Production-Minded Formulation,” Natalie will share the importance of considering scale-up and manufacturing feasibility during the formulation process. She will discuss the critical balance between innovation at the bench and practicality on the production floor—offering valuable insights into how formulators can create products that are not only exciting and unique, but also truly manufacturable.
Whether you’re interested in cosmetic formulation, R&D careers, or understanding how products successfully transition from lab concepts to mass production, this is a talk you won’t want to miss! 💄🔬
